Agree what Przemyslaw Pater mentioned.  Every tool available in the Market is best fit for some specific use case only.  There is no single best tool or solution, as the cycle of evolution needs to revolve continuously. Therefore, the best solution is the one with the fewest tradeoffs, enabling agility and adaptability for the long term to support the business.

There is no best solution in general. It depends on what is best for your specific needs. I was working with few tools over the years, and they all seem the same to me. They have things in common lik poor UI and a lot of options you leave with default settings any way.
