What is the biggest threat to your data currently?

while cyber attacks are a threat, I wonder if the bigger threat is data not in a finable place, or so unstructured that even AI can't use it. 

Users not educated (willingly or unwillingly)

Phishing attacks. 

Our users are very susceptible to opening dangerous emails and inserting external bad data into the systems.
