I’ve been hosting audio with PC screen sharing meetings since 2003 via various tools like WebEx, Genysys and most recently Skype and Teams. I rarely used Video but always shared my PC screen
Video is interesting to meet people a few times but I found for established teams, what you share on the screen is more important than what my face looks like

A blended model of voice and video, globally we do not have connection equality, so video conferencing can be problematic. Allowing those in low internet zones to join through a voice channel will avoid discrimination.

For those in the energy industry making extensive use of smart grid technology, what insights can you share about the end-user experience, including challenges, opportunities, and best practices?

I am trying to move my team to a more product-orientated team but one of my areas of ownership is EUC End-User Computing). Many of the products in EUC, such as SCCM, policies, Ivanti, and Intune, are related to the desktop experience, which is a user-facing product. However, I'm finding it difficult to understand how to align these non-user-facing products with the overall user experience. What have you experiences been or do you have any advice on this?
