We attract new talent by leveraging both conventional and unconventional methods. For instance, we offer free education and continual learning opportunities through various classes. As an innovation team, many find our projects to be of particular interest as we are often experimenting with fringe technology and in our world, it's ok to "fail" which creates less pressure than our industry counterparts.
Being a nonprofit academic healthcare center, our salary offerings tend to be lower than the average. However, we compensate for this by providing numerous opportunities for publications—we frequently contribute to peer-reviewed journals as a team. Moreover, through university-sponsored programs, we have the capability to patent technology in our name, retaining a percentage of ownership, which is a substantial benefit.
Our unique approach and diverse offerings not only drive innovation within our team but also appeal to prospective candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the field of healthcare.

In the phase of the startup I’m in right now is a specific career path the candidates could follow ( Management track or Technical track ), and knowledge as they’ve never learn before.
