Our organization is in a process of transformation towards agile software development methodologies. We use some SaaS-type applications and we would like to know how we can organize the work of an agile cell in terms of ceremonies, development life cycle, etc., with this type of applications assigned to a cell, if the interaction with the supplier is limited to requesting punctual adjustments and deliveries on agreed dates.
