How difficult is it today to find IT staff with specific skills required to build and support a multicloud architecture?

This article is written about security hiring, but relevant here.

I’ve found that about 85% of those who complain about the difficulty and impossibility of finding good security/cloud people – is commensurate with their lowball salary offers.  They refuse to up the salaries to market rates.

Firms that pay decent salaries have much less trouble recruiting new staff.
