Can anyone tell me what their companies offer in terms of budget towards educational assistance/continuing education amounts for their employees? I'm interested to see if organizations have a set budget year after year per employee, team or even just company overall, and what that is approximately?

Each management team budgets for tuition reimbursement/continuing education within their own budget.  We do not have an overall company set budget amount.
