In reality, all supply chains need to consider all these actions, depending on their portfolio and their own maturity, their quality of supplier relationships.
Furthermore, I'd advise supply chain leaders to collaborate with their design/R&D departments to reduce the packaging from the get go. Design is one key element which is rarely taken into consideration.
