We have seen a move away from Unconscious Bias (after all it is unconscious) to the far more proactive and actionable approach of Conscious Inclusion.

I need to comment on the frequency I marked here. We do these trainings on the go. Hence every week.
Daily work life presents a lot of opportunities to learn from and we grab those each time. Informally or formally, depending on the severity of the case.
