AI isn't 100% accurate. Just do a bit more research to verify, trust and verify. I'd say that 20% of the questions I ask are just slightly not accurate, and 5% are way off the mark.

I don't think it should lower their working hours. I think it should encourage them to take on more work. The way I see it, there's this whole debate about AI taking away jobs. In reality, it's not AI taking away jobs; it's someone using AI better than you who will take your job. Companies that leverage AI to accomplish more will be the ones that succeed.
What AI is likely to do is raise the bar. If AI can handle the low-hanging fruit, then those who use the extra time to be even more productive will be more successful in their roles and their companies. So, I believe that AI should be used to enable employees to do more, not less.
There's a philosophical argument about whether society should allow people to work less, but I don't think that's realistic in a capitalist economy. The ones who do more with AI will be the ones who win. As long as we're in a capitalist economy, there's always going to be someone out there looking to do better than you. You need to be that person and take advantage of AI to enable you to succeed.
The key takeaway is that AI isn't taking your job; someone using AI better than you is going to take your job.
