Data-driven technology is impacting our daily lives in a number of ways. One obvious way is the sheer amount of data that we now have access to. We can track our steps, our heart rate, our sleep patterns, and more with the tap of a button. This information can be used to improve our health and well-being. Another way data-driven technology is impacting our lives is through the way we interact with the world around us. We can now use apps to book appointments, order food, hail a ride, and more. This convenience means that we can save time and effort in our daily lives. Data-driven technology is also changing the way we work. For example, more and more companies are using data analytics to make decisions about their business. By understanding their customers better, they can provide a better product or service. Additionally, data-driven technology can help businesses automate tasks and improve efficiency. In short, data-driven technology is having a profound impact on our daily lives. As data becomes increasingly important in our lives, data-driven technology will continue to shape the way we live and work.

Technology has  made it easier for people to work remotely, which has changed the traditional 9-5 workday and allowed for more flexible work schedules.

On the positive side, technology has led to significant advances in healthcare, including the ability to access medical information and services remotely. On the negative side, technology has contributed to sedentary lifestyles and the rise of obesity, as well as increasing exposure to blue light and screen time, which can have negative effects on sleep and mental health.

There is significant impact on lifestyle in a number of ways. i.e. communication, access to information,net-banking,online shopping, stock trading, travelling etc.

Technology has made humans lazier than ever.New innovations and inventions make people sit at bed the whole day resulting in most modern ailments that further require huge research to treat.

An interesting poll.
My take on the same: We are living in a connected world today. If one of the areas/phases of our life is impacted, it will impact another area of life. It could be a direct or indirect impact.

The bigger picture is that "Technology" is being developed at an unprecedented rate and it impacts every little part of our daily life. Right from getting up from bed, eating food, listening to important updates, commuting to places, monitoring professional/personal activities throughout the day, connecting to individuals all over the world, and many more, technology is being embraced everywhere.

The good part of technology impacting our daily life:
Things are accessible & managed faster & better. Information is at our disposal

The bad part of technology impacting our daily life:
It is making humans more rely on technology than humans themselves and leading to a more lethargic lifestyle overall.
