Does anyone in the pharma/healthcare space have experience using SMS/texting as a channel with physicians specifically? Curious to learn about others' experiences, best practices, and any insights you could provide.

Yes. SMS/texting is an upcoming channel to message to the HCPs however, it is only done through third party vendors and not directly. HCPs who have actively opted-in to receive texts/notifications from third party educational agencies, get notified of new, bite-sized, peer to peer educational non-branded content. Pharma companies may sponsor the campaign to get a feature, however they aren't to be involved in content creation or active engagement with HCPs through SMS/texting due to strong compliance guardrails.
