I hesitated on digital transformation before responding customer experience, but believe that digital transformation actually is improve customer experience and scaling AI. A trinity for 2025.

Agreed Paul. I went through the same mental exercise<br><br>Enhancing Security and Optimizing Costs are an ongoing pursuit. Digitial Transformation is behind the many initiatives we have underway to help the company meet its broader strategic goals.
I believe that identifying strong 'pioneers' within the organization to explore and trail blaze to find the actual use cases of AI in an organization that are truly valuable to the organization is a key with AI advancing. So in some ways AI can be considered a 'technology in search of a problem or opportunity' which is usually a negative criticism but I think it is a valid assessment of AI and I am optimistic that AI technology WILL find a + match with valid use cases.
