Thanks, I am quoting what I wrote as comment in my feed:

You may have noticed the absence of some skills, which I'll add for completeness:
✔ Strategic Thinking
✔ Lateral Thinking
✔ Empathy
✔ Delegation
✔ Conflict Resolution
✔ Adaptability/Flexibility
✔ Emotional Intelligence
✔ Self-Awareness
✔ Resilience

Listening and communication are the qualities or attributes, sought in a leader and their leadership, but in your opinion, are these enough?
Even selecting three, including foresight, there is a lack of soft skills and traits that enable the definition of a comprehensive leader: in my view, for example, the ability to unite a group of people around a common cause they believe in, as well as the capacity to think outside the box or to delegate appropriately, leaving the right space and moments for individual team members to shine, are unique but not rare traits.

In my opinion, all of these qualities should ideally be characteristics of a leader. Perhaps the true mark of a capable leader lies in their ability to discern which quality to adopt, and when and how to apply it effectively.
