Our company always touted Innovation as a core goal and a priority. In practice ROI was always trumping Innovation. If your Innovations didn’t have strong ROI it wasn’t going anywhere. Make sure you understand your economics and value even if your Innovation is the best thing since sliced bread, or the Internet

Innovation equals, sometimes, taking risks. And the more we go, the more we are risk-averse. It means that we often fall into analysis paralysis phenomenon.
