I see little discussion and documents about Azure Apps and security. In relation with Microsoft 365, Azure Apps can request very broad rights (global access to calendars, sharepoint, mailboxes...), unnecessarily most often than not due to "lazy" software editor who don't want to manage users credentials/tokens. An additional side-effect is to bypass strong authentication enforced on M365.

As we are quite decentralized IT-wise, we receive dozens of requests every month and have to perform an in-depth analysis each time.

Any insight on this topic ?

What is the right platform/cloud services with of the shelf tools can be used to create enterprise GenAI SaaS in organization with multiple companies and subsidiaries?
In the target SaaS model, multiple APIs should be available to consume external LLM services, front end, prompt library that can be used by the end user, predefined data sources, Guardials and security controls.
