Reaching out - sure - something inbound or even slightly warm, there's no need for SDRs to handle that.
We deal in complex solutions and we do have a Senior Expert engaging with C Level tiers from enterprises. Our SDR / BDR do engage C Level audience of SaaS and SMB. This is an exciting topic and eager to learn how others operate. I see a 75/25 mix as of today. Will be great to hear rationale on how team members are assigned.
