We are using a survey solution called OfficeVibe from Workleap. It gives dashboard to managers and works by following the hierarchy.
So, if I manage a team of 25 people, they will get the survey. I will get some insights.
My boss, who has 4 others managers, will have a broader view on the results.
His boss, will also have broader view.
For instance, does your manager help you when you require it? Maybe, the direct manager won't get insights on this. But his boss will do.
However, are the organization clear about its objectives? You will get the insights, etc.
At the end, it gives a score of happiness. Would you recommend your organization to friends/families? Etc.
