We are a membership organisation that offers ongoing subscription, education and events. We are on Microsoft Dynamics (CE and F&O) and we are looking at implementing a new ecommerce platform to streamline our purchasing experience, enable personalised product offers, bundling etc. We utilise the Adobe stack for marketing - Marketo, Target, personalisation etc. Has any one had experience implementing Adobe Commerce or MS ecommerce CSU, and any recommendations in terms of maturity of both products, time to implement and costs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Based on the experience. There is no set rules for proportion for CC, CP and CE.. It varies from project to project.. In case of green field projects, in earlier cases Evaluation gets more weightage to decide upon right content creation followed with content promotion strategy. Based on early learning’s and insights based on internal and external stakeholders, you can then change your proportions . You need to be realistic to know your growth marketing kpi and business kpi based on ROI in long term
