Based on your experience (and please if you have any supportive links to research or studies) - what should be the proportion for budgeting between content creation, promotion and evaluation? Say 30-30-30? Or different?

Based on the experience. There is no set rules for proportion for CC, CP and CE.. It varies from project to project.. In case of green field projects, in earlier cases Evaluation gets more weightage to decide upon right content creation followed with content promotion strategy. Based on early learning’s and insights based on internal and external stakeholders, you can then change your proportions . You need to be realistic to know your growth marketing kpi and business kpi based on ROI in long term
