Post creative ads. Know where to find these people like conferences and events. Getting you name out there and your brand is very important also. Good talent wants to go to established companies with good track records. And willing to pay people for their efforts.

I mostly rely on linkedin and our company website but we also use alot of collaboration possivilities with local universities and schools.

I find new marketing talent via digital platforms like LinkedIn and niche job boards, network at industry events, and rely on employee referrals for some of the trickier ones. Partnering with educational institutions and using social media outreach are also very effective depending on the role.
