Adaptability starts with mindset—seeing uncertainty as an opportunity to learn rather than a threat to control. As CIO, I focus on cultivating curiosity, empowering teams to experiment safely, and grounding every decision in data and collaboration. The unknown becomes manageable when culture values agility, continuous learning, and the freedom to pivot fast without fear of failure.
You remain adaptable and open to change in the face of the unknown as a person, not necessarily as CIO. :)
