My company is looking to improve the way we manage passwords in our environment for new hires through the onboarding process. We currently use ServiceNow for new hires.  What do you do to "provide" or "set" the new hire's password before or on day-1 as a self-serve option, and not leveraging an IT person to do it for them?

Integrate Identity system with ServiceNow, setu up a self service portal within ServiceNow for new hires and make it available for new hires.
The Other opiton may be to provide system generated temp password(one time use only) along with employement letter and setup slef service portal for setting/resetting passwords.
