I attend Gartner for Finance’s CEO/Controller Annual Conference and go to every booth. Then, I review the Magic Quadrants, and get references if I move beyond the demo phase. You need to create a Finance IT roadmap by yourself, or with the help of a Gartner consultant (thought partner). Address your biggest pain point first, and I only do one implementation at a time.
