EKS and Onprem Kubernetes predominantly. We still use Docker swarm for legacy deployments.

Definitely Kubernetes. Especially in combination with GitOps

Kubernetes of course. While docker Swarm and Mesos are other alternatives, I have never used them baring some PoCs with Swarm.
