The organization I am working at has an intranet (Sharepoint), now we are developing an extranet that will include AI tools. We want to provide a friendly-user tool, people will manage documents and content from inside and outside the organization. How do you manage people without email/domain to have access to their contents? How are are you adapting to AI? Challenges and gains - Can you suggest reports, articles, books about this subject? What are the best extranet solutions you found?

I had worked for extranet solutions long back for Bharat petroleum , India’s top public sector company . If you google BPCL extranet , you will get all their extranet sites. They use the site to engage with their customers . Site requires authentication. Very popular with their vendors and customers
