Digital Product Engineering and Digital Transformation, while both centered around the use of digital technology, refer to different aspects of an organization's digital strategy. In my view both are two different things, Digital Product Engineering refers to the process of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining digital or software products that delivers value to end users. On other hand Digital Transformation refers to integrating digital technology into all aspects of a business or organization, fundamentally changing how it operates and delivers value to its customers. It's about rethinking and designing a new business model. What is your view on this?

In my view, Digital Product Engineering and Digital Transformation are two different aspects of an organization's digital strategy. Digital Product Engineering is focused on the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of digital products that can provide value to users.
Digital Transformation, on the other hand, is focused on integrating digital technology into all aspects of an organization to fundamentally change how it operates and delivers value to its customers. They both play an important role in an organization's digital strategy, but they are distinct areas that require different approaches.
I think of this in a slightly simplified way.
Digital Transformation is about using technology to Transform the Business. However, Digital Product Engineering is about changing the way digital products get engineered.
One is a business change, the other is a change in product design.
