The key KPIs are - features, bugs, time to market, ability to respond to issues, and data related in terms of understanding that engineering knows what the software is doing.

There are different aspects of engineering KPIs that are related to roles like for a development practice, bug free code quality , robust design, maintainabilty etc matters most.. for a QA practice, test coverage, manual vs automation will matter most.. for product management, long-term vision of product features and roadmap are main metrices..

We are looking into Purview for Data Catalog, Data Map capabilities. There were multiple threads ~1 year ago with less positive feedback.  Has things changed since then?
