We use Ionic but switching now to react native. In our web app we use Vue.
When we need to reuse code we encapsulated the code in libraries and we compile the code to in both in the browser and in node since we use node for our backend

Flutter is our primary framework for developing both web and mobile applications. Our experience with Flutter has been highly positive, particularly in terms of code reuse between web and mobile platforms. By leveraging Flutter's single codebase approach using Dart programming language, we have achieved significant code reuse across our projects.

We are using Flutter, nodjs and Java scripts to develop applications cross platform. These are the technology that allow code reuse to a certain extent and app can be developed in web, iOS and Android. Later native language can be used to develop application for a particular platform. web-native mobile application frameworks exist—so that developers can build mobile apps with the web languages they already know. Plus, most mobile app frameworks let you build the app once and deploy to both Android and iOS with few code changes
