That's somewhat of a loaded question as it insinuates it's a binary scenario. The reality is that it will be a hybrid. Do yes, less at home but not 100% at work

Personally hope it shrinks. Maybe I am old generation thinker, but remote work increases the effort for the test of the team and the manager
