Yes. For succession, we look at folks who can replace you. In last 1.5 years, I realized it should be the person who can outshine you

Yes to a degree. We try to ensure that we have both a short and medium term succession plan. So that we cover the "run over by a bus" as well as the "natural attrition" scenarios.
