Do you have specific targets for the on-time completion of global compliance/mandatory training? If so, could you share what your targeted measures are.

Target is 100%. If you have an LMS you can exclude those people on Long Term Absence so you should get at 99% at the minimum

We target 100% and have 95% as amber, 90% as red. Very slim tolerance zone on this as it is mandatory.
