I currently work at Texas Instruments and am revamping our Assessment Strategy. We are auditing our current tools, looking for gaps, and most importantly improving the internal processes between requesters, users, debriefers, vendors, etc. Questions: -Do you have experience with a suite of assessment tools or vendor recommendations (on a budget)? -Does someone have experience doing this and if so where is the recommended best place to start? -Any tips or best practices with a project like this?
