Has any government agency implemented Microsoft Viva Insights, and if so, can you share any challenges faced during implementation, lessons learned, or other useful insights from the experience?

Thank you Sonny, I really appreciate that insight. Was Viva difficult to implement from a technical standpoint? Did you need to use an O365 administrator to implement? Again thank you for sharing your experience!

Yes, our internal M365 System Administrator was running the project with the support from our Microsoft partner. Technical implementation was not too difficult, however change management and on-going custom configurations, changes. etc. were required to ensure we are staying on top of customer feedback/expectations.

Change Management was huge. Cultural shift and ensuring adoption. Making sure staff are keeping their Outlook calenders up to date was also one of the challenges we came across. Important to know not all learning platforms are available for free - comes with an added cost
