Has anyone had experience layering an identity verification program on top of Fieldglass for data entry to help with the management of individual records? We currently enter directly into Fieldglass and run into a lot of duplicate contractor records due to common names. Has anyone successfully managed this scenario?

While specific experiences may vary, implementing an identity verification program on top of Fieldglass for data entry can help address duplicate contractor records caused by common names. By incorporating unique identifiers, implementing data validation, utilizing identity verification services, conducting regular data cleansing, and providing user training and guidelines, organizations can successfully manage this scenario and reduce the occurrence of duplicate records. It's recommended to consult with experts and leverage Fieldglass user communities or professional networks to gather insights and best practices tailored to your organization's needs.
