What are your organizations doing around HRBP to employee ratios? If you are comfortable sharing, can you share your org size, your current HRBP to employee ratios, and if you have the ER work broken out? We are seeking to expand our team but looking for benchmark data to measure against.

We have 4 BPs to 400 hc - so 1/100. We are working through pushing ER management into our PeopleOps team and automate/drive self-sufficiency in the management layer as much as possible with standard processes.
