On average, 4-5 hours annually.

3 different organizations I’ve been apart of required an annual 15 - 30 min online module. I can’t speak to the efficacy of the approach, but that is time for specific ethics training.

That said, much of the unethical behavior I’ve seen is often in environments with high pressure of high stakes. Wells Fargo’s scandal comes to mind.

Most people know the difference between right and wrong and training doesn’t add much.
If your aim is to reduce unethical behavior then looking at what in the environment might tempt it could be a more fruitful intervention.
