Internally, the hype has increased. Last year, there was some talk around utilizing AI for productivity and efficiency. This year, there's a lot more hype and actual action on that. Externally, with customers, the hype has been steady or increased over the past year. We're actually releasing products that utilize AI for our customers. In general, the hype has increased overall. I think people are becoming more educated, more knowledgeable around AI and have a better understanding of how they can use it within the company for efficiency and also with customers.

There are many more AI startups now, and many have started adding AI to their descriptions and names, whether it makes sense or not. It's become something like the cloud - everyone is on it now. There's also a greater fear that this technology will not take away blue-collar jobs as much as white-collar professional knowledge worker jobs, which has created a different type of feeling.
