How are companies planning to change manage the roll-out of Data Loss Prevention (DLP)? We have programme of work to roll this out and would be interested in getting feedback on how other companies have successfully rolled it out, and any lessons learnt that they are happy to share.

Always remember about Risk Assessment. Conduct a thorough risk assessment to identify potential data loss risks and vulnerabilities. Use this assessment to prioritize DLP efforts.

Good afternoon dear! In my experience, the implementation of DLP on company assets usually opens up a large number of scenarios that were not taken into account, for example from working and managing on endpoints to the extreme of categorizing the information and documents that are handled. as confidential, public, ultra confidential. Recommendation: first carry out a risk analysis on each area or sector of the company and the information that is handled, and then move forward with the DLP implementation. I hope it is useful to you. Greetings!
