Burnout is definitely something every team should keep an eye on. Even if it’s not showing up loudly, it can build quietly in any industry. Creating space for realistic workloads and open check-ins usually makes a big difference.

Yes, I’m concerned about burnout in my department. It’s a common issue in product and tech due to high demands and fast pace. We use AI to dramatically improve efficiency and reduce burnout. For example, AI speeds up research so product managers can focus on investment decisions. It also drafts product requirements, allowing PMs to spend more time reviewing and refining user stories instead of starting from scratch.

I am concerned but since I am in the VP SCM and Procurement. I started a program SCM A Place to Be! Which has been bringing a significant improvement in HC TO no more or very little PR opens and e-nps move from -19 to +15 as of today.
