We prioritize open communication, encourage sharing of ideas without fear of judgment, and recognize each team member's contributions. I establish clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and foster an environment of mutual respect and trust. By actively listening and showing empathy, I address concerns and conflicts promptly, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported. This approach helps create a psychologically safe workplace where innovation and collaboration are flowing without fear of contribution.

Therapy every week for myself, but that's my own personal endeavor . Otherwise very little is done in both our company or the sector in general sadly.

Conversations. It all starts with communication and making sure everyone is feeling like they are being heard. The number thing that breaks teams apart (and relationships for that matter) is a lack of communication. It makes you feel like it's every person for themselves.
