How has genAI impacted the culture of your team?

I think the impact on culture is too soon to quantify. I’ve seen where there is concern about job security in roles such as lead generation. That said, I’ve talked to many sales professionals who see generative AI as a tool to enhance prospecting and follow-up communications. The cultural impact will be more noticeable as implementation hits critical mass.
