Communication Strategy has been decided based on product audience.. Once defined, all channels talk about universal campaigns with a common number for internal and external promotions. One defined code or number for all customer needs related to that product.. Response remains same even if the customer comes from any of the channels. All digital needs catered from here with respect to specific product needs. This ensures common approach and seamless communication across any other verticals.

- Create guidelines for different type of content with examples. 
- If working with an agency, make sure everyone on the account has been through them (ask to confirm if done async but also do 30-45 min of live run-through with some examples. Include drafts that show what *not* to do)
- Internally, refresh during broad Marketing meeting each time there are updates or if quality starts to flail 
- Use any time talking to recent campaign wins where content is showcased as an opportunity to remind people to use the guidelines and tell them who to go for if they want a quick sanity check

Brand voice training (1x a year) and guides with the whole team allows different authors to be creative, but hold a centralized voice.
