Formally, usually only one per year. Our HR Leadership development program assigns them to us to formally hold mentoring s sessions usually once a month for a year. Others are my direct reports and I consider this part of standard practice of leadership

And any others are more specific topic related where someone reaches out to me about a specific situation and wants to discuss and brainstorm on what to do
