ISSO and Director of the IRU in Healthcare and Biotech, 10,001+ employees
I plan on spending about 25% of my time.
Director of IT in Services (non-Government), 5,001 - 10,000 employees
A significant amount. It will also help determine where we inject new technologies.
Technology and Innovation Lead, Self-employed
Senior Security and Compliance Auditor in Software, 1,001 - 5,000 employees
In my area InfoSec + IT I'm always looking to improve everything I do even if it works.  I think the industry changes 15% per year so no changes in 3-4 years gets me way behind.  So next year I expect to redesign at least 15% of what I do to be more effective, more efficient, and up to date.
VP of IT in Retail, 10,001+ employees
Some portion of it because there are to many manual process that require manual intervention e.g. filling out a form and then faxing to get a hardware/software approval. By alleviating such process, it will Katie sure our organization more productive.
CTO in Software, 10,001+ employees
At least 85%.
CIO in Consumer Goods, 11 - 50 employees
Good focus will go in this area, not only redesign but also transformation and experience will be the agenda.
CIO in Transportation, 1,001 - 5,000 employees
Major chunk of my time.
ISSO and Director of the IRU in Healthcare and Biotech, 10,001+ employees
We have a lot of changes coming down the pipe so I will probably be spending 25% of my time updating policies and procedures for my staff.

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
