How prevalent is shift differential pay in this hybrid environment? Has anyone changed their approach with the shift to more remote work? If you still offer it, any details on your current practice would be greatly appreciated.

Shift differential pay still exists, employees who need to work outside normal work hours either from office or remotely are paid shift allowance.
No change to shift differentials for us -- mostly because shift diffs are used primarily at our manufacturing sites, where hybrid work is not really possible. they are expected to be at work, and assigned to shifts.
