It's now December 2022.... and my contacts at an extremely large global national business have confirmed.... 100% of ALL office workers will need to be in the office 5 days a week starting January 2023.  I personally think this will backfire on them as long as skilled workers are in high demand.  If the recession hits hard, maybe no impact and employees will need the job more than they need the flexibility.   At TCB/TBD we will remain flexible and I will remain 100% remote.   This will be interesting to watch it play out....  will workers win and keep flexibility, or will old school management win this next round until they age out of the workforce??  Older CEO's seem to favor in the office, younger CEO's favor the flexibility and reduced office costs.....
