You can use AI to help your Sales practice defeating the competition in safe environment.
Use AI after delivering a Sales trainings for Sales to practice their learning in a chat.
for instance, train them on selling to persona A to solve problem Y against competitor 1.
then they go in an AI-powered Chat where the AI pretends to be the customer and asks them questions or give competitors' objections, sales have to use their learning to respond and differentiate your solution/debunk competitors' objections.
then the AI scores their response and tells them how to improve it based on what we fed the AI beforehand.
there are a few companies doing it. but I don't have one to recommend
You can use Competitive Intelligence to accelerate research for one-time competitive questions. instead of googling yourself for the Sales rep, you can write a prompt for AI to do the search and summary for you. useful when a Sales rep asks you for the same small piece of info for 5+ vendors.
Curious about what AI tools are you each referring to in your responses?
We use artificial intelligence in our competitive intelligence activities, and more particularly with generative AI, for fast and tailored data gathering on specific playgrounds or battles, for screening players on this playground even the most recent ones, for modelizing the key advantages of each player and building argumentation. Create an AI bot to answer simpler questions about the competition based on your CI content.
private OpenAI instances work great for that.
you plug one into your CI platform, so that it only uses your curated CI content.
after a bit of training, it proves very accurate!
that frees up so much time each day
