You may have done thesde but I am sharing what has helped me/clients with virtual environments: company sponsored events/chats; virtual watercooler discussions, themed times, and allowing employees to participate in sharing using technology itself to share best practice uses. We have also gotten feedback around reducing the amount of meetings to preserve key meetings for full participation and making the meetings intentional, organized with good structure and information. We also have fun events like virtual scavenger hunts or things that allow them to leverage their home as a fun space to share with team. Still can be tricky but wishing you well in the virtual experience!

Enhancing team building in a hybrid model, especially in the context of widely distributed contact centers, is not easy but important to maintain teamwork and collaboration among employees. Some of the activities can help in doing so.

1. Organize virtual team-building activities among remote workers and on-site workers.
2. by encouraging face-to-face interactions in video calling.
3. Encouraging a buddy system in which senior members from on-site can collaborate with remote junior members.

You might want to do Monday morning check in calls with everybody, get them to start the week with some exchanges and give them a pep talk for the week as being in a contact center isn't easy. You also might want to consider to launch an internal comms tool like Yammer or Workplace for people to share stories, ask advice or exchange ideas or best practices.
