Within the organizational make up of internal marketing teams, how many SEOs do you have that focus only on SEO, strategy, technical SEO, local SEO?

We have two FTE's dedicated to SEO right now, but more than the number I find it key to have identified SEO as being a key driver of traffic and sales in any digital ecosystem.

We've recently outsourced to an agency solely focused on SEO. Our small marketing team executes some of the deliverables, but we need the external expertise so we can play to our strengths in other marketing areas.

For us, we have an outsourced team that handles that for us and our clients as this is what they do and are experts. It allows us to focus in on the areas that specialize in and not worry about staying on top of all of Google's changing rules
