Strictly speaking, if you want a Magic Quadrant, then you’d have to go to Gartner since it is a trademarked term and only Gartner can issue Magic Quadrants.

With that, I think Glassdoor is likely your best source.

Indeed and Linkedin. Also maybe builtinnyc.com also other sites in major cities. The builtin website are based at major cities.
